Professional Partner Intake

Use this page if you are coordinating interior work as part of an active project.
This includes listings, unit turnovers, inspections, occupied properties, or recurring interior maintenance.

This intake allows us to:

  • Scope correctly

  • Respond accurately

  • Schedule without guesswork

If your request falls outside finish-level interior work understanding, we will clarify before proceeding.

What We Do

Scope of Work

Interior Painting (Core Service)

We provide interior painting services focused on clean execution and predictable outcomes.

Typical scope includes:

  • Walls, ceilings, trim, doors

  • Accent walls and feature areas

  • Full or partial interior refreshes

  • Vacant or occupied interiors

Paint scope is defined by:

  • Room count

  • Surface condition

  • Access and occupancy

We do not price blindly by square footage.

Supporting Finish-Level Services

These services exist only to support painting quality and timeline control.

We may include:

  • Drywall prep and cosmetic repairs

  • Patch, skim, and touch-up work

  • Trim, door, and ceiling coordination

  • Light fixture, switch, and outlet replacements (existing locations only)

We do not perform:

  • Structural work

  • Major electrical or plumbing

  • Full remodels or system changes

If a request crosses this boundary, it is flagged early.

How We Work

Workflow

Initial Review

We review the intake to understand:

  • Property type

  • Timeline sensitivity

  • Scope clarity

  • Coordination requirements

Incomplete requests slow response time.

Walkthrough

Walkthroughs are used to:

  • Confirm surface condition

  • Identify prep requirements

  • Prevent scope changes mid-project

Not all jobs require walkthroughs.
Listings and larger scopes usually do.

Pricing

  • Pricing is room-based with defined scope

  • Ranges are provided first

  • Final pricing is confirmed once scope is clear

We avoid change orders by clarifying early.

Scheduling

Scheduling is based on:

  • Scope readiness

  • Access confirmation

  • Timeline shows compatibility

We do not overbook or stack jobs in ways that compromise delivery.
